Instructions of Use
Connect the appliance to compatible voltage as indicated on the name plate (110V). As with any appliance, never leave unattended while plugged into the power supply and unplug when not in use. Do not use near flammable products. Keep out of reach of small children and pets. Do not attempt to make any repairs or modifications to the appliance. For repairs during the warranty period, return the appliance to the retailer where it was purchased.

THIS APPLIANCE IS DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY TO WAX SKIS AND SNOWBOARDS. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM OTHER USES WILL BE DENIED.

Temperature Settings
The correct temperature setting depends on many factors, including the type of wax, ambient temperature of the room and base. The temperature setting is correct when no smoke is produced while melting the wax on the sole of the iron. As a general rule, softer wax melts at lower temperatures while harder waxes melt at higher temperatures.

Cleaning the wax plate:
Unplug the appliance from the power supply. Using a towel, wipe clean the sole of the iron, and clean it often to avoid buildup of excess wax.

CAUTION: WHEN THE PLATE IS HOT THERE IS A DANGER OF BURNING HANDS AND FINGERS. DO NOT TOUCH EITHER THE WAX PLATE OR LIQUID WAX WITH YOUR BARE HANDS.
